چکیده

The study aims at assessing the potentials of some new salt-tolerant isolates as plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) under saline condition. Three 165 that grew on presence 2-20% NaCl were high and had many features PGPR. They identified by using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. nearest species to our Paenibacillus polymyxa (GQ375783.1), Ochrobactrum intermedium (MG309678.1) Enterobacter cloacae (MG309676.1) with nucleotide similarity 99, 97 99%, respectively. In 2017, a greenhouse trial was carried out assess efficiency these novice combined humic acid doses inorganic fertilizers squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) growth productivity. Data showed fertilizing soil full dose chemical only lead decrease values dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase nitrogenase activity all determination periods. While, inoculation PGPR strains NPK 50% spraying gave higher records enzymes activity. Moreover, data highest peroxidase polyphenol oxidase observed in sprayed inoculated half mineral-NPK. Generally, inoculating has positive effect nutrients uptake, characteristics yield components well fruits quality. So, it could be recommended biofertilizers promote growth, increase crop production salinity condition, costs reduce pollution

Effect of seed priming with selenium nanoparticles and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on improving Quinoa seedling growth under salinity stress

Soil and water salinity are the most important problems that limit crop production, especially in the arid and semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of growth-promoting bacteria and selenium nanoparticle pretreatment on increasing the tolerance of the Chenopodium quinoa plant to salinity. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with...

Seed Priming With Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria Alleviate Salinity Stress In Wheat Plant

The objective of this paper was to study the effects of two strains of isolated plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on physiological and biochemical changes of wheat leaves under salinity conditions. The sterilized seeds were soaked in distilled water (control) and Nutrient Broth liquid medium of Enterobacter cloacae and Bacillus cereus (inoculated treatment) for 2 hours. After 10 days ...

Mechanisms of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and mycorrhizae fungi to enhancement of plant growth under salinity stress: A review

Salinity is the major environmental factor limiting plant growth and productivity. Under salinity conditions, plant growth is affected by a number of factors such as hormonal and nutritional imbalance, ion toxicity, physiological disorders, susceptibility to diseases, etc. Plant growth under stress conditions may be enhanced by the application of microbial inoculation including plant growth pro...

Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria Enhance Salinity Stress Tolerance in Okra through ROS-Scavenging Enzymes

Salinity is a major environmental stress that limits crop production worldwide. In this study, we characterized plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) containing 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase and examined their effect on salinity stress tolerance in okra through the induction of ROS-scavenging enzyme activity. PGPR inoculated okra plants exhibited higher germination per...

New advances in plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria for bioremediation.

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are bacteria capable of promoting plant growth by colonizing the plant root. For a long period PGPR were mainly used for assisting plants to uptake nutrients from the environment or preventing plant diseases. Phytoremediation is a new and promising approach to remove contaminants in the environment. But using plants alone for remediation confronts man...
